Board expansion
EOCF seeks to expand and diversify its Board of Directors by adding qualified individuals who can help to strengthen the board's expertise in a variety of areas.
Board members are generally expected to attend one meeting per month of approximately two hours in duration, serve on one committee that will typically meet for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours per month, and to participate in periodic strategic planning workshops or training opportunities.

Board members must have an interest in early childhood as a foundational period of life. Board members with expertise in business, finance, accounting, and fund development are especially being recruited at this time. |
